Privacy Policy
Spike Sniper ("we", "the software") is trade-execution automation software. We are not a broker, fund manager, or financial advisor, and we never hold client funds.
What we collect
- Telegram data — your Telegram user ID, username, and chat history with the bot, used to operate your account.
- Identity data — your name, used to verify that connected trading accounts belong to you. We only execute on accounts whose holder name matches yours.
- Trading account connection data — the credentials or tokens required to connect your trading accounts, and your account numbers.
- Account data (read-only) — balance, equity, and position information, read solely to apply your plan's limits (e.g. the Starter plan's $2,000 combined balance cap) and to execute the trades you configure.
- Instagram handle — collected at signup, used for social recognition (see below).
- Usage data — events selected, plan, and subscription status.
What we do with it
- Execute the trades you configure, on the accounts you connect.
- Apply plan limits and manage your subscription.
- Issue result and milestone certificates for your net-positive events.
- Provide support.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your trading data for our own trading. We do not share your data with third parties except infrastructure providers strictly needed to run the service, and where required by law.
Social recognition (Instagram tags)
By creating an account and using Spike Sniper, you agree that we may celebrate your verified results publicly: when you close a net-positive event or cash out, we may post your certificate and tag the Instagram handle you gave us, using your chosen display name. We never publish your real name (unless your display name is your real name), account numbers, balances, or losing results tied to your identity.
You can withdraw this consent at any time in the bot settings or by messaging our support — already-published posts are removed on request.
What we cannot do
Spike Sniper cannot withdraw, deposit, or move your funds. Connection access is used for trade execution and read-only account checks only.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. Message the bot or contact support to request deletion; connection credentials are deleted when you disconnect an account. Shipping addresses collected for milestone plaques are deleted once delivery is confirmed.
Security
Credentials are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you via Telegram.
